The Christmas Rose is indispensable for the winter garden, with its white to pale pink flowers held above dark green leaves. For part-shade in not too dry soil. Best to leave this undisturbed, and let it seed around to increase your stock. A great early flower for bees.

The exact size of plants will vary with the growing season and may be cut back in accordance with normal pruning regimes or to fit in the box if they are excessively tall
