Very tall perennial growing to six feet for moist to boggy soil with huge, fine-rayed yellow daisies, to 15cm (6inches) across, from July to September. Sun to part shade, best sheletered from strong winds. As its name suggests, a magnificant plant, especially when grown in a large clump. Attracts bees and butterflies.

The exact size of plants will vary with the growing season and may be cut back in accordance with normal pruning regimes or to fit in the box if they are excessively tall.
