** Queen’s Platinum Jubilee 2022 Bank Holiday - Mail Order Deliveries **

Due to the first week in June being a 3 day working week we are planning to suspend dispatching plants during that week. We will do our best to get any existing orders sent this coming week (commencing 23rd MAY).  Orders received after 20th May could be subject to delay as our courier is expecting the following week (commencing 6th June) to be very busy.

Ipomoea (Mina) lobata Seeds

Common Name: Spanish Flag

Plant Family: Convolvulaceae
Plant Type: Half-Hardy Annual

A beautiful annual climber, with flowers markedly different to other Ipomoeas. This produces spikes of tubular flowers which start a deep fiery red and then fade through orange and yellow to pale cream. The deeply lobed leaves add to the exotic effect. The common name Spanish flag refers to the red and cream flowers, actually native to Mexico. Needs a warm spot and moist but well drained soil to do well.
