Quantity or Pot size: 350 seeds approx
A perennial herb with a sharp lemony flavour. Add sparingly to salads, or use to make Sorrel Soup. The young leaves have the best flavour. Plant in light shade and water well. Cut off flower heads to keep fresh foliage coming.
Sow March to April in trays of compost and keep above 15C. When lareg enough to handle prick out in to pots and harden off in a cold frame before planting out from end of May (after frost risk has passed)
Harvest leaves July onwards
