A good bolt resistant variety with smooth dark green leaves. Can be sown most months of the year for a long cropping season
March-May and July-October. Sow every few weeks in shallow drills in the veg plot. Harvest as baby leaf or leave some to grow on to a maturity.
Spinach in general has a propensity for running to seed in very hot weather. This variety has good bolt resistance but you may still find you need to avoid sowing during very hot weather. Spinach is a great spring-early summer and late summer to autumn crop. Keep making regular sowings and you will find what works best for you
