A rounded semi-evergreen shrub with corymbs to 9 cm across of strongly scented white or pale pink flowers in mid and late spring. Ornamental red berries ripen in autumn (toxic if ingested). Grow in well drained soil in sun or shade. Good for coastal gardens.

  • Hardy Perennials, Ferns and Grasses: 1 litre (approx. 12cm diameter)
  • Herbs: 9cm (approx. 0.5 litre)
  • Hardy Shrubs and Climbers: 1.5 or 2 litre 
  • Potted Bulbs: variable- please see "Quantity or Pot size" on plant information page 
  • Dormant Bulbs, Tubers and Bare-root perennials come either bagged or wrapped without a pot

The exact size of plants will vary with the growing season and may be cut back in accordance with normal pruning regimes or to fit in the box if they are excessively tall.
