An attractive shrubby succulent. The large pale grey leaves have a fine powdery bloom which contrasts nicely with their narrow red margins. Clusters of orange bell-shaped flowers may appear on mature plants which can reach 1m high.

An evergreen shrub which loves a warm sunny spot, although it is proving hardy in most gardens. Growing to 6 feet or more it produces pink mallow-like flowers from spring to autumn into the winter. Prune in spring. A great bee plant.
A scrambling evergreen climber from Australia, bearing large yellow flowers in summer. Hardy in sheltered coastal gardens, reputedly to minus 2C. Otherwise grow against a wall in a cool conservatory.
