Ordering over the Christmas Period

Orders (other than for Christmas Trees) placed after Sunday 3rd December will be dispatched on or after 8th January 2023. 

Payment and Security


Credit or debit card information entered on our site is processed via a secure connection. This is indicated by the "https"  and/or a padlock sign in the Status Bar of your browser. These indicate that our site is using a Trusted SSL Certificate, meaning that your data sent to and from the site is encrypted and secure. You can check this information by clicking on the padlock symbol. 


All major credit cards are accepted and processed via the secure payment platform PayPal, please note that you do not need PayPal account to pay by card. You will be given the choice to pay by card or PayPal when you check out.


In the interests of your card security we currently don't take card payments over the 'phone.

It is much easier for us to keep track of orders placed through our website, however we do understand not everyone likes to order online, or you may be buying plants which are not on our website. If you'd prefer to order offline rather than through our website then please email us a list of the plants you would like. Either use the contact form here to email us, or ring us on 07890 527744. We will then let you know what we can supply and we can send you an Invoice via Square, a secure payment platform, so that we never handle your card details directly. 


If you prefer to pay by one of these methods please contact us with your order. 


We accept card payments or cash at the nursery, but not cheques.
