** Queen’s Platinum Jubilee 2022 Bank Holiday - Mail Order Deliveries **

Due to the first week in June being a 3 day working week we are planning to suspend dispatching plants during that week. We will do our best to get any existing orders sent this coming week (commencing 23rd MAY).  Orders received after 20th May could be subject to delay as our courier is expecting the following week (commencing 6th June) to be very busy.

Geranium maderense

Common Name: Giant Herb Robert
Plant Family: Geraniaceae
Plant Type: Tender Perennial

Buy 6 or more Tender and half-hardy plants online and get 20% off

Stunning Geranium from Madeira with a huge dome of mid pink flowers and dark pink eye, early-mid summer. The large, discected palmate leaves are also a feature. It has a semi-shruby habit. The main stem is topped by the panicles of flowers. The leaf stems angle downwards, touching the ground to support the massive flowering head.

It can be short lived so save some seed each year. It can also be grown as a biennial so if you sow some seed every year you will always have flowering plants. Young plants should be overwintered frost free greenhouse. More established plants can take a few degrees of frost for a short period but are only likely to survive outdoors in very mild areas where frost is uncommon
